Cooking Class with Food 2 Recover

A small group of us learned to cook three different meals with Food 2 Recover - we listened to music, chopped and prepared food, and enjoyed each other's company. We made black bean and vegetable quesadillas, Italian stuffed peppers, and a black bean-pumpkin soup. It was a fun and delicious afternoon! (Scroll for recipes)
